HarvoBot NFTs represent a revolutionary agricultural system that allows humanity to overcome the immense land investment costs and technological limitations traditionally associated with farming.
A Plot refers to a unit of land used for cultivating crops. In Vertical Farming, a Plot represents one layer or section, and HarvoBot tokenizes these RWA Plots into NFTs. Investors are granted ownership of the Plots and the rights to the profits generated from them. HarvoBot acts as the delegated manager of the Plots, distributing profits to NFT holders after deducting operational costs.
Pricing
HarvoBot does not charge any additional brokerage fees or initial costs on the sale of plots. This is simply the cost price of the RWA plot. The cost for building a full plot is around 800 USD at the moment.
Full Plot
It refers to one unit of cultivation facility used in Vertical Farming. Each plot has a unique serial number, and crop selection options may be provided in the future.
One Tenth Plot
HarvoBot NFT offering 1/10 of the plot's revenue sharing rights.
